At TempratureControlSwitch, we work to make the delivery process simple, clear, and reliable for every customer. Most of our products are used OEM auto parts, and each order is carefully reviewed and processed before shipment.

Shipping Rates

Shipping is not included in the product price. The shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on the item, package size, weight, delivery destination, and available carrier rates.

Customers can review the applicable shipping charge before completing their purchase.

Shipping Service

Orders are shipped using FedEx Ground® Economy.

Estimated delivery time is typically 3–8 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, package size, carrier availability, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

All orders are reviewed and processed after they are placed.

Estimated Transit Time: 2–5 business days

Business Days: Monday through Friday

Orders placed during weekends, holidays, or outside regular business hours may begin processing on the next business day.

Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, tracking information will be provided using the contact information entered during checkout.

Please allow time for the tracking information to update after the shipping label has been created and the package has been received by FedEx.

Large or Oversized Parts

Certain large, heavy, or unusually shaped auto parts may not qualify for standard FedEx Ground® Economy shipping.

If an item requires a different shipping method or additional handling, our team will contact the customer before shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply depending on the item, destination, and required delivery service.

Duties, Taxes, and Import Fees

For domestic shipments within the United States, duties and import taxes generally do not apply.

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, import charges, or other costs required by the destination country.

Expedited Shipping

At this time, we do not guarantee expedited shipping.

If you need a part urgently, please contact us before placing your order. Our team will let you know whether a faster shipping option is available and whether additional charges apply.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information during checkout.

If an order is returned, delayed, or misdelivered because of an incorrect address, missing information, an inaccessible delivery location, or another issue with the information provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply.
